Tint My Ride Ottawa is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to all visitors, including people with disabilities. We strive to meet the accessibility standards set out by the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

What We're Doing

We are taking the following measures to ensure accessibility on our Site:

• Using semantic HTML to provide meaningful structure and navigation
• Providing text alternatives for non-text content (images and icons)
• Ensuring sufficient colour contrast between text and backgrounds
• Supporting keyboard navigation throughout the Site
• Including a "Skip to content" link for screen reader users
• Using responsive design that works across devices and screen sizes
• Ensuring interactive elements like forms and buttons are properly labelled

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of our Site may not yet meet all WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria. In particular:

• Our third-party booking integration (Fieldd) is managed by an external provider and may have its own accessibility limitations.
• Some older video content may not have captions or audio descriptions.

We are actively working to address these gaps.
