These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website tintmyride.ca (the "Site") operated by Tint My Ride Ottawa ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Services

Tint My Ride Ottawa provides automotive window tinting, paint protection film installation, vehicle wraps, and related services at our shop located at 3190 Hawthorne Rd, Ottawa, ON K1G 5H5. The Site provides information about our services and allows you to request quotes and book appointments.

2. Booking and Appointments

• Appointments may be booked through our online booking system (powered by Fieldd) or by contacting us directly.
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• We ask that you provide reasonable advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to show up for a confirmed appointment without notice may affect your ability to book future appointments.
• Pricing provided through the Site or during the booking process is an estimate. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins and may vary based on vehicle condition, size, or additional requirements.

3. Payments

• Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking or before work begins.
• We accept major credit cards, debit, and other payment methods as indicated at our shop.
• All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes (including HST).

4. Warranties

Warranty coverage depends on the product and service provided. Specific warranty terms (including duration and coverage) will be communicated to you at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on films and materials (e.g., SunTek, Avery Dennison) are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

Warranty claims must be submitted by contacting us directly. We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle before processing any warranty claim.

5. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, provincial, or local law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Site without our written permission
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, videos, logos, and design elements, is the property of Tint My Ride Ottawa or its licensors and is protected by Canadian copyright and trademark law. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, Tint My Ride Ottawa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tint My Ride Ottawa, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
